Whenever checking other sites they always either equal at the very least or sometimes far outrun the deal with pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Every time I order something, I receive immediate and clear feedback about the delivery date of my order (and mostly they even deliver my package a few days earlier).
Packages are safely packed, in case support is required, the helpdesk answers quiet fast (actually I rarely need to contact them since mostly everything is ok). I am very satisfied with their service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the products are shipped very late. This means they send an e-mail with the date of shipment and always it gets later. Why would you let know of the date of the delivery when you as a company you are not serious and trustful.
Also the packages gets there in different days although they send you e-mail letting you know that all of them will be shipped in once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Advertised pricing' is ridiculous most of the time. Very easy to find a better deal or a similar deal with better conditions. Shipping costs are too high. Returning your product is a hell, especially when ordering something big. Outdated webshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are sometimes very good, but not always. You should always check before you buy something. It also takes a very long time for most items to ship and shipping can be expensive depending on the item. I only buy from ibood when the price can't be beat anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order regularly with iBood. Contrary to other sites, iBood offers good quality products against very sharp prices.
Delivery is not “next day” but always “will receive”. So you need to have some patience but you will receive your order. The information about the shipment is complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a perfume from them. I got a showroom version which had broken package. After informing iBood about that, they offered 10 euro coupon. I refused to accept that and asked for a better compensation. They informed me that they couldn't provide a better compensation and actually offered 5 euro coupon in their email. Shame on you to treat customers like that and send showroom product whilst selling it as of it was a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good deals ,I check the website daily. The pricing is often the best you can find on the market. Products are new , sometimes refurbished but this is clearly stated . One of the down sides is that you usually need to wait a long time for the products but this is normal for this way of buying things.
