Bij IJssalon Friûl werken wij altijd met natuurzuivere producten en maken we ons ijs in ons eigen "laboratorio" (de ijskeuken) volgens ons eigen familierecept. Op ambachtelijke wijze en volgens een beproefd recept worden de vele bijzondere smaken samengesteld. Deze smaken variëren van de gangbare vanille en aardbeien tot yoghurt-bosvruchten en een speciale biscottini met koekjes en chocolade. Ook hebben we altijd een aantal lactosevrije ijssmaken (vrij van koemelk) en gebruiken we geen kunstmatige kleurstoffen.
