J	Janina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 15 minuten wachten werd mij te kennen gegeven dat de afspraak niet door kon gaan omdat de dame in kwestie uitliep en andere klanten moest terugbellen. Mij werd geen nieuwe afspraak aangeboden. De dame is kwestie is buitengewoon onprofessioneel met deze situatie omgegaan. Gelukkig zijn er genoeg alternatieven in de buurt. After a 15 minute wait I was informed that the appointment could not go through because the lady in question was late and had to call back other customers. I was not offered a new appointment. The lady's issue has handled this situation extremely unprofessional. Fortunately, there are plenty of alternatives nearby.

Uitstekende kwaliteit van verfkleuren en blow-dry, vriendelijk en klantgericht personeel, internationale sfeer in een van de mooiste wijken van Den Haag! Ik zal nooit meer mijn kapper in Florence missen! Super nice hair salon! Excellent quality of paint colors and blow-dry, friendly and customer-oriented staff, international atmosphere in one of the nicest neighborhoods of The Hague! I will never miss my hairdresser in Florence again!

Fijn dat het niet nodig is een afspraak te maken al kan het natuurlijk net vol zitten. Een gaatje wordt snel gevonden, ook tegen sluitingstijd. Have been coming there for years and receive adequate help in a very friendly and personal atmosphere. Nice that it is not necessary to make an appointment, although it may just be full. A hole is quickly found, even at closing time.

Altijd zeer goed geknipt, perfect! Ook mijn zoontje van 10 jaar gaat inmiddels heel graag mee. Gayane is een aanrader voor ouder èn kind. Ga zo door, dames!! Always cozy, cheerful and very hospitable. And then also the best hair salon in The Hague. I have been coming there for many years, even after my move to Wassenaar! Always very well cut, perfect! My 10 year old son is also very happy to come along. Gayane is recommended for parent and child. Keep it up, ladies !!

Ben inmiddels verhuisd maar altijd naar deze salon als ik in Den Haag ben. My favorite hairdresser at the Fred for years. Good value for money, nice relaxed atmosphere. There is a good cut and a beautiful blow-dried (if you want). Have now moved but always to this salon when I am in The Hague.
