★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanmiddag nog geweest omdat het dopje van m’n parfumflesje defect was, het werd direct omgeruild. Ook al was het flesje in de ICI Paris XL in het filiaal in Zwolle gekocht.

 Was this afternoon because the cap of my perfume bottle was defective, it was exchanged immediately. Even though the bottle in the ICI Paris XL was purchased at the Zwolle branch.

Not really a special store. I find the set-up lackluster and unclear. The ladies may also show a little more interest and a more friendly appearance. Frankly, I miss the Douglas

Very rude staff who are incapable of dealing with customers. If you want people to buy perfumes elsewhere, I'll just keep going!
