★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We zijn hier onlangs naar binnen gelopen en zijn meteen goed geholpen. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en daarbij ook de nodige professionaliteit! Al met al klantvriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam en veel aandacht aan de klant om zijn of haar wensen te behartigen.
 We walked in here recently and were helped right away. Incredibly friendly staff and also the necessary professionalism! All in all customer-friendly and very helpful and a lot of attention to the customer to represent his or her wishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De borsteltjes van The Browgal’s (gekleurde gel voor wenkbrauwen) van zowel mij als mijn dochter waren bijna gelijktijdig zomaar afgebroken en daardoor onbruikbaar. Zonder problemen kregen we allebei een nieuwe! Echt een supergoede service ???
The brushes of The Browgal's (colored gel for eyebrows) of both me and my daughter were almost immediately broken off and therefore unusable. We both got a new one without any problems! Really super good service ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne winkel en vriendelijk personeel. Jammer dat de give aways die je bij aanschaf van een product krijgt niet altijd gelden als je een lager ml aankoop doet. Dat zou in mij ogen geen verschil mogen maken.
Nice shop and friendly staff. It is a pity that the give aways that you get when purchasing a product do not always apply if you make a lower ml purchase. In my view, that shouldn't make any difference.

Een aardige, elegante dame die haar vak verstaat. Als buitenlander raad ik aan om alleen daar te winkelen. Het parfum (cadeau) is mooi verpakt. Bedankt, ik kom weer terug?
