★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantonvriendelijke behandeling. (20 december). Weinig tot geen interesse in de klant, dit in tegenstelling tot eerdere positieve ervaringen in de vorige zaak in de Kerkstraat.
 Customer-unfriendly treatment. (the 20th of December). Little to no interest in the customer, in contrast to previous positive experiences in the previous case in Kerkstraat.

Very satisfied with this store and the service is always excellent. Also go here rather than to the Douglas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Openingstijden gecheckt. Half 10 gaan ze open. Ik loop 9.33 binnen. Personeel was aan het stofzuigen. Iemand geeft aan:'we zijn nog niet open hoor' waarop ik aangeef dat het al half 10 geweest is.... ze haalt de manager erbij. En die zegt wederom dat ze niet open zijn omdat al het personeel te laat was binnengekomen vanwege de sneeuw... wat een slecht excuses als je pas om half 10 open gaat! Daarop volgde de vraag of ik buiten de winkel 5 minuten wou gaan staan wachten?!? Ik ben weggelopen. Wat een slecht bedrijf!
Opening hours checked. They open at 10:30. I enter 9.33. Staff were vacuuming. Someone says: 'we are not open yet' to which I indicate that it has already been half past nine ... she calls the manager. And he says again that they are not open because all staff had arrived late because of the snow ... what a bad excuse if you only open at half past 10! Then I asked if I wanted to wait outside the store for 5 minutes?!? I ran away. What a bad company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben hier nu al meerdere keren geweest en vind het personeel heel vriendelijk en servicegericht. Ze helpen je bijzonder goed en geven goede tips. 10x beter dan Douglas. Goed toegankelijke winkel ook voor invaliden. Parkeren in Q-parc Hilvertshof ingang aan de Groest.
Been here several times now and find the staff to be very friendly and service minded. They help you very well and give good tips. 10x better than Douglas. Easily accessible shop for the disabled. Parking in Q-par Hilvertshof entrance at the Groest.

Vandaag naar hilversthof en ik ben echt super vriendelijk geholpen daar de medewerker. Normaal als ik iets zoek en ik weet de naam niet dan krijg ik een antwoord van: u moet zelf maar even zoeken of nagaan bij de persoon waar je het luchtje hebt geroken.
Maar deze dame heeft samen met mij gezocht en gevonden!!! Echt super bedankt!!!
I visit ICI PARIS very often but usually another branch.
Today to hilversthof and I was really helped very friendly by the employee. Normally when I am looking for something and I do not know the name, I get an answer from: you have to look for yourself or check with the person where you smelled the smell.
But this lady searched and found together with me !!! Thank you really very much !!!
