★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongeinteresseerd personeel.....niemand zegt gedag bij binnenkomst......uiteindelijk zonder iets te kopen weggegaan. Personeel kijkt je aan of je een melaatse bent in plaats van een klant. Zeer onprettig.....begrijp het niet........
 Uninterested staff ..... nobody says hello upon entering ...... eventually left without buying anything. Personnel look at you whether you are a leper instead of a customer. Very unpleasant ..... don't understand ........

Still by appointment, friendly employees, it does not shop as relaxed as in normal circumstances.

Dat je maatregelen moet nemen snap ik, maar dat zou je houding richting klanten niet moeten beïnvloeden. Integendeel moet je al je klanten proberen binnen te houden. Klantvriendelijkheid is hier iig ver te zoeken!

I understand that you have to take measures, but that should not affect your attitude towards customers. On the contrary, you should try to keep all your customers in. Customer-friendliness is hard to find here!
