★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wil je als een hond behandelt worden in plaats van een klant, dan ben je hier absoluut aan het goede adres! Vreselijk bedrijf, vreselijke minachtende manier van communiceren! Na inmiddels 13 jaar in de detailhandel te zitten, heb ik dit soort ‘distribiteurs’ nog nooit maar dan ook nooit meegemaakt. Dit wordt inmiddels ook doorgestuurd naar de hoofdleverancier, met uitdraaien erbij van de manier van communicatie door Leon Heppner. Ben het ook dus ook helemaal eens met de eersere geplaatste recensie.
 If you want to be treated like a dog instead of a customer, you've definitely come to the right place! Terrible Company, Terrible Disdainful Communication! After 13 years in the retail trade, I have never, never seen this kind of "distributors". This is now also forwarded to the main supplier, with printouts of the way of communication by Leon Heppner. I therefore also fully agree with the previously posted review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uit eigen ervaring is mijn mening dat zowieso het contact met de CEO Leon Heppner van Iconic Fashion totaal niet aangenaam is geweest, zowel via de mail als telefonisch. Het bedrijf is uiteindelijk niet service gericht en klantvriendelijk ingesteld.
Zij zoeken niet samen met de klant naar een passende oplossing om een probleem te verhelpen, en zij zijn verreweg onbekend met de zin....KLANT IS KONING?
Gisteren (06.09.18) had ik een negatieve review op hun facebook pagina Iconic Fashion Amsterdam gepost, waarop zij hun reactie gaven, en ik ook weer mijn comment.
Kort daarna zijn ALLE reviews verwijderd?
Zo kan er naar mijn mening toch nooit een helder en eerlijk beeld naar buiten komen? Als er negatief commentaar is, dan probeer je toch als bedrijf zijnde er weer een positieve pluspunt van te maken? Zo hou je je bedrijf het meest gezond en eerlijk.....Erg jammer...Hopelijk kan Leon Heppner van Iconic Fashion uiteindelijk wel een succesvol bedrijf maken?

From my own experience, my opinion is that contact with the CEO Leon Heppner of Iconic Fashion has not been pleasant at all, both via email and by telephone. The company is ultimately not service-oriented and customer-friendly.
They do not look for a suitable solution to solve a problem together with the customer, and they are by far unfamiliar with the phrase .... CUSTOMER IS KING?
Yesterday (06.09.18) I posted a negative review on their facebook page Iconic Fashion Amsterdam, to which they gave their reaction, and I also added my comment.
Shortly afterwards ALL reviews were removed?
In my opinion, a clear and honest picture can never come out, can it? If there is a negative comment, then as a company you try to make it a positive plus again? This is how you keep your company healthy and fair ..... Very unfortunate ... Hopefully Leon Heppner can turn Iconic Fashion into a successful company
