Herr Klein von ID Haus ist flexibel auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat uns kompetent beraten. Auch im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Grundstücksservice war hervorragend! Wir haben unzählige passende Vorschläge bekommen und wurden bei Besichtigungsterminen mit Maklern unterstützt. Insgesamt: klare Weiterempfehlung! My wife and I felt very well looked after from the start! Mr. Klein from ID Haus responded flexibly to our requests and gave us competent advice. A very good price-performance ratio compared to other providers. The property service was excellent! We received countless suitable suggestions and were supported in viewing appointments with brokers. Overall: clear recommendation!

Die Verrichtung der Arbeit war sehr zufriedenstellend und püntklich. Alle Termine wurden eingehalten. Das Haus stand in wenigen Tagen, -wir waren sogar die ersten im Neubaugebiet. Das interessante dabei ist, dass das Haus Stein auf Stein, jedoch nicht vor Ort, sondern in einem Werk gebaut wurde. Somit ist das kein Kartenhaus, sondern wirklich ein Massivhaus. Es werden spezielle Techniken verwendet, dieses zusammenzufügen. Rund um, super empfehlenswert. Das Team ist sehr kompetent und offen, sodass man sich sehr gut aufgehoben fühlte. The house was up in a few days - we were even the first in the new building area. The interesting thing is that the house was built brick on brick, but not on site, but in a factory. So this is not a house of cards, but really a solid house. Special techniques are used to put this together. All around, super recommendable. The team is very competent and open, so that you felt that you were in very good hands.
k	k panda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben auf die erste Kontaktaufnahme leider keine Reaktion erhalten. Es kam Wochen später Werbung per Post, in der uns auch ein persönlicher Berater genannt wurde. Beim Versuch diesen zu kontaktieren passierte allerdings erstmal nichts. Nach mehreren E-Mails kam dann irgendwann eine freche Antwort. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Schlechter Service! Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to the first contact. Weeks later, advertising came in the mail, in which we were also given a personal advisor. When trying to contact him, nothing happened at first. After several emails, I got a cheeky answer at some point. Absolutely not to be recommended! Bad service!

Von Beginn an haben wir uns dort super aufgehoben gefühlt, ganz besonders Julia Kurz stand uns von Baubeginn bis Bauende immer zur Seite! Es lief alles einwandfrei! Mit dem Bauunternehmen, haben wir definitiv die richtige Wahl getroffen. Wir sind happy ☺️ Great advice, great support in every way! We are absolutely satisfied and would always build solid houses with ID. Right from the start we felt we were in good hands there, especially Julia Kurz was always at our side from the beginning to the end of construction! Everything went perfectly! With the construction company, we have definitely made the right choice. We are happy ☺️

Wir haben vor 6 Jahren mit dem Unternehmen gebaut und waren damals aus vielerlei Gründen schon ziemlich unzufrieden. Jetzt eine telefonische Anfrage für einen Anbau gestellt aus den Gründen die selbe Bausubstanz zu erhalten, welche mit den einfachen Worten: "das machen wir nicht" abgesagt worden ist. Dies ist mit 34 Jahren meine erste negative Bewertung über ein Unternehmen im Internet, die ich schon vor 6 Jahren hätte schreiben sollen. wie ich gerade Emotional am Telefon vom Unternehmen erfahren habe wird sich um negative Bewertung wohl sehr intensiv gekümmert.
