β β β β β I met Yifat as a trainer right after my maternity leave. Yifat trained me back to shape and helped my back pains while training me with fantastic and enjoyable TRX lessons. Yifat is the most professional trainers ive ever met. her lessons are very diverse as Yifat carries a huge amount of equipment to every lesson
