Lekker romig. Niet zoals regulier sorbet ijs. We werden er gewoon stil van. In één woord: genieten. Delicious ice cream. Ordered some vegan sorbet ice cream (strawberry, raspberry, passion fruit, mango, and dark chocolate) yesterday, and they were all delicious. Nice and creamy. Not like regular sorbet ice cream. We just fell silent. In one word: enjoy.

Het was overheerlijk, alsof we in een Italiaanse ijssalon gegeten hadden. Complimenten voor Bas, heerlijk ijs met Lekkere ingrediënten. We ordered ice cream for the first time from IJsbaas, opted for hazelnut praline and the chocolate. It was delicious, as if we had eaten in an Italian ice cream parlor. Sinds het wegvallen van Candiero (Koestraat Maastricht) in 2019 zijn we op zoek naar fatsoenlijk ijs in de regio Maastricht Heuvelland. Genoeg “ambachtelijke” “en “echt Italiaanse” ijskramen te vinden, vaak met goeie reviews op Google bovendien, maar de meeste staan gewoon bol (..) van de kleur- en smaakstoffen. Ijsbaas is de eerste sinds lange tijd die niet teleurstelt. Heerlijk smeuïg ijs van natuurlijke ingrediënten. Zoals het hoort. Dat zie je (pistache is bruingroen, niet felgroen) en dat proef je (mango en framboos smaken naar fruit, niet naar snoepgoed). Een aanrader! ?? To enjoy!!! Ice Boss is the first in a long time that doesn't disappoint. Delicious creamy ice cream from natural ingredients. As it should. You can see it (pistachio is brownish green, not bright green) and you can taste it (mango and raspberry taste like fruit, not candy). Recommended! ??
