★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos. Ruim 40 jaar lang kwam Ijspaleis op een vaste dag. Afgelopen week kregen we bercht dat hij op zaterdagmiddag kwam. Dat is toch geen tijdstip!!!!
Worthless. More than 40 years, Ice Palace came on a fixed day. Last week we were told that he came on Saturday afternoon. That is no time !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos!! Had er 2 bestellingen lopen die per email bevestigd werden voor aflevering op 8 februari. Ik zou vanaf 08.00 uur kunnen bellen voor een afleveringstijdstip. Helaas was de zaak gesloten. Dus wachten vanaf 08.00 uur tot 18.00 uur. Echter niemand gezien. Omdat slager en groenteboer toen gesloten waren moest ik van armoe in een restaurant gaan eten. Na bellen op maandag ochtend, konden zij me leveren vanaf 17.00 uur echter deden ze geen enkele moeite om met een kleinigheid hun verzuim goed te maken.
DUS IJSPALEIS, NOOIT MEER!!!
Worthless!! Had 2 orders in progress that were confirmed by email for delivery on February 8. I could call from 8 a.m. for a delivery time. Unfortunately the case was closed. So wait from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, nobody saw. Because the butcher and greengrocer were closed at that time, I had to go eat in a restaurant because of poverty. After calling on Monday morning, they were able to deliver me from 5 p.m., however, they made no effort to make up for their failure with a little effort.
SO Ice Palace, NEVER MORE !!!
