★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij dit bedrijf, gerund door twee enthousiastelingen, heb ik een adem- en ijsbadworkshop gevolgd. Het was een fantastische ervaring en alles was goed voorbereid. De begeleiding tijdens de ademhalingsoefeningen en het ijsbad door Joska en Alexander was top. Ook de wekelijkse podcast is ontzettend leuk. Een aanrader!
At this company, run by two enthusiasts, I attended a breathing and ice bath workshop. It was a fantastic experience and everything was well prepared. The guidance during the breathing exercises and the ice bath by Joska and Alexander was top notch. The weekly podcast is also a lot of fun. Recommended!
