★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the rating an wanted to give it a try. What a disappointment!! All the flavours we tried (6) were not satisfactory. It seems like all the flavours have the same base and are flavoured artificially. Definitely not trying it for a second time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the staff, very kind and courteous. If you come for ice cream, good for you. If you come for hot drinks, please bring your own cup if you don't want your hot drink to be served in flimsy a plastic cup. I ordered a Caffè macchiato, the drink served to me in plastic cup-- which really should not have been done. It was so hot that I could not hold it. I asked to transfer the liquid to a paper cup, I was told they didn't have paper cup intended for hot drinks. They had no sleeve for hot beverage cup either, they gave me a bunch of paper towels instead! I was polite so I took the hot plastic cup with Caffè macchiato in it. I ended up throwing the whole thing away because you could smell the melted plastic in the drink. I felt so angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service and generous scoops. Taste is subjective, but this ice cream all tasted like the same milk/cream base with some weak artificial flavoring and coloring mixed through it. For sure not the "best ice cream of The Netherlands" as some people recall here, rather the opposite.
