Tip: if you ask for spicy mayo it goes so well with the chicken and sushi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After moving to Amsterdam from Japan, I've been always on search to find good, affordable sushi. I'm glad I finally found Ikura Sushi Bar. They offer a wide range of authentic sushi, you are not limited to tuna, salmon or shrimp. Fish is always fresh. It is a tiny restaurant, probably not the best place to dine in (no experience, I found them during the first lockdown). But it's perfect for take out orders. They pack the orders carefully and securely. I've always been satisfied with my purchase. I strongly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery from Ikura at lunchtime, it arrived quickly and nicely presented. There is a wide selection on the menu, and options are reasonably priced. The sushi was very good quality. Large pieces of fresh fish on the nigiri. The fried prawns were very well cooked, and served with a tasty dipping sauce.
Our order came with plenty of soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi. Word of warning, their wasabi is very strong!
Really great choice for sushi delivery and take out - seating is limited. Good quality at a good price and an interesting selection of fish. I would particularly recommend the eel and mackerel nigiri.

Me and a friend were the first time in a sushi place and we didnt knew how to order or eat sushi.
The friendly waitress kindly introduced us into sushi and gave us some informations.
The Restaurant is a little bit small but maybe thats why the service can be as good as it is.
Keep going! You are doing great work and i will come again in my next vacation.
Imo one of the best sushi places i've met yet.
