Sinds november 2000 promoten Fabio en Angela Cappellano, het ware Italië. Ambachtelijke specialiteiten van kleine familiebedrijven uit de verschillende streken . Uitsluitend streekproducenten, die trouw zijn gebleven aan hun omgeving en traditie, kunnen specialiteiten maken die zo typerend zijn voor hun eigen regio. Dit is het ware Italië!

They had a wide variety of panini's to choose from, including a selection of vegetarian options (did not pay attention to the vegan ones). The quality/price ratio was high. 6€ for a proper sized (Tarfufo) panini filled with quite a bit of ingredients and a short waiting time.
Overall a great experience!

I came with my Italian partner and we only had positive things to say about our experience. Probably one of the best Italian places I've tasted in the Netherlands (and I live in Amsterdam!).
