a	ajka vernerova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zařízení bylo nové a vkusně, nicméně úklid byl šílený, prý nová uklízečka, ale vše upatlane, povlečení nevymene!!a sprcha v rozích plesnivá.Nefungovala ani klimatizace, prý senzor na pohyb, vždy ukázalo klik je stupňů a kolik bych chtěla, ale nic se nedělo.Bohuzel také okolí je velmi rušné, díky multi multi ulici a neustále turovani motorek.Ale apartmán byl opravdu krásne vybaven včetně fenu a potřeb do kuchyně, tak tohle trošku ten rating zvedne.Dobra je i možnost praní zdarma. The equipment was new and tasteful, however the cleaning was crazy, supposedly a new cleaning lady, but everything upatlane, linen will not change !! and the shower in the corners moldy.It did not work air conditioning, supposedly a motion sensor, always showed a handle is degrees and how much I would like, but nothing Unfortunately, the area is also very busy, thanks to the multi multi street and constantly touring motorcycles.But the apartment was really beautifully equipped, including a hair dryer and kitchen utensils, so this will raise the rating a bit.

Alles is mij uit handen genomen, eenmaal thuis was alles schoon en er stond een mooie bos bloemen op tafel. Recently rented out my house via IM Home Rentals, I am therefore very satisfied with the services of Iris and her employees. Therefore 5 stars! Everything was taken off my hands, once home everything was clean and there was a beautiful bunch of flowers on the table.

Alert (binnen no time reactie op mijn vragen) 2. Attent (zelfs buiten de kantoors uren om) 2.1 ik hoorde zelfs de kinderen op de achtergrond tekeer gaan. Haha 3. Netjes (wist precies waar ze het over had en wat ze dan wel en niet kon aanbieden) 4. Vertrouwen (na vaker met elkaar tot een overeenkomst te zijn gekomen schept dat een band en dat brengt vertrouwen met zich mee) 5. Meedenkend (ze begrijpt maar al te goed hoe ze rekening met houden met situaties die veranderen en weet zich als geen ander hierop aan te passen) Na meerdere keren met elkaar een deal te hebben gesloten zal ik altijd bij haar terugkomen. Ben blij dat ik Iris in mijn netwerk heb. I myself have been in contact with Iris. Would like to write a book about this but will briefly summarize it for you in 5 things that struck me. 1. Ook vragen of problemen bij huurders worden netjes opgelost! Iris has been renting out apartments for me for years. Very satisfied with her professional approach, good rental prices and transparent communication. Questions or problems with tenants are also neatly solved!

We hadden wat speciale wensen, wilde een aantal dingen zelf doen en met name de administratieve rompslomp en de juridische zaken door Iris laten regelen. Dat was allemaal mogelijk, ze levert echt maatwerk. Volgende keer werken we graag weer met haar samen. I can really recommend everyone to work with Iris.
