★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tevreden met het werk van de psycholoog maar miscommunicatie met andere personeel is een grote min. Sommige dingen zijn er licht opgevat. De bestuur is snel gereageerd en de probleem is opgelost.
 Satisfied with the psychologist's work but miscommunication with other staff is a big minus. Some things are taken lightly. The board responded quickly and the problem was solved.

It is a high class professional organization with very skilled psychologists and psychiatrists.
The information that I received at forehand was transparent.
I will recommend it to everyone who encounters psychological troubles in their life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is in no way a mental healthcare institution. It's a well-thought scheme of ripping off people. It's unfortunate that disgusting business practices are applied in this area.
It's a classic case of abusing the loopholes in the state regulations about the costs for mental care. It wouldn't be a problem if they actually had good professionals.I had Dr Ansari as lead psychiatrist and her approach was very superficial, further, I had 2 sessions with a therapist within the clinic that clearly wasn't knowledgeable enough.
It's a shame, as a lot of people are in need of good counseling right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences of my life! One miscommunication after another. Wrong invoices and paperwork that made the insurance use it against me not to be indored. In the first place, I was referred to the institute by mistake because of similarities in the name with International mental health. I was clear that I needed treatment after an accident that left me anxious so I asked from day 1 for EMDR sessions. Half a year passed and I still didn't get these and the bills were piling. Bills for work that haven't been done. After agreeing on physical sessions, they say it's not possible just a few days before the session and they try to push it online, while the psychologist himself said it won't work online. They even counted as a session my call to complain that this wasn't working for me. Dr. Ansari in particular made me feel that I'm only an income generator.
