Dankzij Maarten van Immen Vastgoed woon ik nu in een prachtig recentelijk gerenoveerd Rijksmonument; de poortwoning van een adembenemend landgoed op de Veluwe. Het contact met Immen Vastgoed verliep van begin tot eind uitstekend. Goede bereikbaarheid en heldere communicatie. Binnen no-time lag werden vragen beantwoord en lag er een ondertekend contract voor de woning. I.v.m. het gemak van in een weekend kunnen verhuizen, kreeg ik in overleg tussen Maarten en de verhuurder, enkele dagen voor de feitelijke ingangsdatum van het huurcontract al de sleutel. Gelet op de tijdelijke aard van het huurcontract voor de poortwoning, heeft Maarten ook op eigen initiatief mij ook al mogelijke nieuwe woningen voor het vervolg voorgelegd. Dat ontzorgt enorm. Contact with Immen Vastgoed was excellent from start to finish. Good accessibility and clear communication. Questions were answered in no time and there was a signed contract for the house. in connection with the convenience of being able to move in a weekend, I received the key in consultation between Maarten and the landlord, a few days before the actual commencement date of the lease. In view of the temporary nature of the lease for the gated house, Maarten also presented me with possible new homes for the future on his own initiative. That is a huge relief.
