Am Donnerstag telefonisch kontaktiert, am Freitag mein Haus besichtigt. Ich bat über das Wochenende einen Preis zu finden. Montag sagte mir eine Bank den Kauf zu! Die Blauen hatten direkt einen Käufer. Aus dem Bauch heraus sprach ich auch da eine Woche eher vor. Zum Glück hat mir Herr Dijkstra den richtigen Preis genannt!!! Gute 20% mehr! Ich bin Rentner und das ist viel Geld! Die Makler von der Bank hätten mich noch Miete zahlen lassen. Corona und verkaufen, jetzt nicht! Ganz großen Dank an Herrn Dijkstra und seinen Sachverstand.
