★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spullen beschadigd waaronder o.a. een antieke kast + muren/plafonds beschadigd. bij melding hiervan verschuilen ze zich achter de kleine lettertjes dat het niet vergoedt wordt. bedrijf is niet service gericht.
 damaged items including an antique cupboard + walls / ceilings damaged. when they report this, they hide behind the fine print that it is not reimbursed. company is not service oriented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op basis van onze teleurstellende ervaring raad ik imove sterk af. Na een onvolledige verhuizing, waarbij bleek dat het bedrijf afspraken niet nakomt, geeft men al 2 maanden geen reactie op onze klachten en schademelding. De ster geef ik alleen voor de vriendelijkheid en goedwillendheid van de verhuismannen zelf.
Based on our disappointing experience I recommend iMOVE sharply. After an incomplete relocation, which showed that the company fails to comply with agreements, no response has been given for 2 months to our complaints and claim notification. I only give the star for the kindness and goodwill of the moving men themselves.
