★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn paraplu had een defect onderdeel dat makkelijk vervangbaar was (het plastic schroefdopje aan de bovenzijde). Via de mail had ik gevraagd of ze een nieuw dopje konden opsturen. Dat zouden ze doen. Maar tot mijn verbazing ontving ik een gloednieuwe paraplu. Topservice van Impliva!
My umbrella had a defective part that was easily replaceable (the plastic screw cap on top). I asked by email if they could send a new cap. They would do that. But to my surprise I received a brand new umbrella. Top service from Impliva!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Storm Mini in the Den Haag last August in the hope it would withstand Britain's winds it worked if the wind was full on but not with a cross winds hence it broke, one of the arms snapped so I feel that this umbrella failed big time. Let's see if they that is the company knowledge this review...
