About Impuls El Amien 2 voorschool
De opkomende industrie dreef vrouwen naar de fabriek. Er ontstond een grotere behoefte aan kinderopvang. De Vereeniging ter Verbetering der Kleine Kinderbewaarplaatsen ontstond. Helaas bleek dit initiatief ook geen succes en het bestuur werd overgedragen aan dames van ‘de gegoede burgerij’. De zorg voor het kind was namelijk ‘de taak van den vrouw’.
