Persoonlijk heb ik zeer goed contact met mijn contactpersoon, is het niet per email, dan wel aan de telefoon. er word nagedacht en geluisterd naar de wensen of ideeen van de klant/client. In het begin was ik ook sceptisch aangezien je veel ''verwarrende'' of ''angstige verhalen'' hoort van andere financiele instellingen. Maar hier voel ik mij zeker op mijn gemak en weet ik dat ik in goede handen ben, duidelijk, overzichtelijk, en ze zijn ook voorbereid op wat er op het pad kan gaan komen. In mijn priveleven heb ik mensen aangeraden om hierheen te gaan als ze merken of weten dat er iemand hulp nodig heeft.

A very professional financial institution, which personally speaks to customers / clients with a permanent contact person. Personally, I have very good contact with my contact person, if not by email, then by phone. we think and listen to the wishes or ideas of the customer/client. I was also skeptical at first as you hear a lot of ''confusing'' or ''fearful stories'' from other financial institutions. But here I definitely feel comfortable and know that I'm in good hands, clear, well-organized, and they are also prepared for whatever may come on the path. In my private life I have advised people to come here if they notice or know that someone needs help.
