★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maud is een eerlijke en warme coach. Ze houd je een spiegel voor en weet je te prikkelen als dat nodig is. Alles in een vertrouwde sfeer.
Ik ben ontzettend blij met de coaching van Maud, ik weet nu beter welke richting ik op wil en wat voor mij belangrijk is! Daarbij sta ik steviger in mijn schoenen en kan ik beter met mijn eigen beperkende overtuigingen om gaan.

 Maud is an honest and warm coach. She holds up a mirror to you and knows how to stimulate you when necessary. Everything in a familiar atmosphere.
I am very happy with Maud's coaching, I now know better which direction I want to go and what is important to me! In addition, I am more confident and I can better deal with my own limiting beliefs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maud is echt een hele goede, professionele en fijne coach. Wat ik heel sterk vind in haar manier van werken is dat ze iedere sessie opnieuw weer begint met de vragen: waar mag het vandaag van jou over gaan? Wanneer is dit een goed gesprek? Wat verwacht je van mij? Daarnaast is ze scherp in haar observaties; zowel in wat je zegt als hoe je erbij zit en wat je lichaamstaal vertelt. Ze oordeelt niet, stelt goede vragen en heeft mij echt iedere keer tot nieuwe /diepere inzichten laten komen. Vaak kwamen die inzichten al tijdens de coaching sessie zelf, maar soms ook bij het schrijven van het reflectieverslag. Ik ben mega blij met de ontwikkeling die ik afgelopen jaar heb doorgemaakt. Voor mij was het mogen doen van dit coachingstraject echt het mooiste cadeau van 2021! Dank je wel bol.com (werkgever) en dankjewel Maud!
Maud is a really good, professional and nice coach. What I find very strong in her way of working is that she starts every session again with the questions: what can you say today? When is this a good conversation? What do you expect from me? In addition, she is sharp in her observations; both in what you say, how you sit and what your body language says. She does not judge, asks good questions and has really let me come to new / deeper insights every time. These insights often came during the coaching session itself, but sometimes also when writing the reflection report. I am very happy with the development I have made in the past year. For me, being able to do this coaching trajectory was really the best gift of 2021! Thank you bol.com (employer) and thank you Maud!
