You have the feeling that Pipi Longstocking is coming in at any moment and getting your candy ration for the week! Beautiful old shop that sells candies and tea. Definitely take a look!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is de leukste winkel van Alkmaar. Het antieke interieur is betoverend. Het aanbod is ook zo top, naast allerlei zoetigheden zijn er ook Alkmaarse bieren, Alkmaarse likeur en heel veel verschillende soorten losse thee. Hele aardige, vriendelijke mensen. Ik kom hier regelmatig voor de thee, die is echt geweldig.
This is the nicest store in Alkmaar. The antique interior is enchanting. The offer is also top notch, in addition to all kinds of sweets, there are also Alkmaar beers, Alkmaar liqueur and many different types of loose tea. Very nice, friendly people. I come here regularly for the tea, it's really great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rather nostalgic shop with lots of tasty sweets and teas. Very friendly service - to be avoided on the over-crowded Fridays (Kaasmarkt), as you would like to have some time to watch, enjoy - and choose your sweets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Step back in time into this charming candy shop. Offering a large variety of classic candies and of course an abundance of drop (black licorice). This family owned establishment goes back more then 3 generations and makes all who enter smile as if they are in Willy wonka and the chocolate factory candy shop. A definite must stop for all Alkmaar visitors.
