★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had coffee from Independent Coffee. It was super delicious - a single origin from El Salvador, natural processed. The guys know what they are doing and combining it with passion. Pretty awesome also if you bear in mind that they roast on a Probatino.
The whole package is legit and should get your chance to be recognized in the coffee roaster market/game.

I do kind of wish that it was open more often though, would make it far easier to visit ^^
