Eind 2016 bracht Amit de Indiase keuken naar de Veluwe. Hij vond een prachtig pand in het centrum van Apeldoorn en bouwde daar zijn professionele keuken. De basis voor een goed restaurant begint volgens Amit bij de beleving: ‘het leukste aan mijn werk vind ik het overbrengen van de Indiase cultuur’.
Sinds begin 2021 is Amit ook verantwoordelijk voor India Palace in Zwolle!

Regardless of that one time, I still love this place. Good grilled chicken, delicious butter chicken and naan bread. We like spicy and they've even prepared on-the-spot spicy sauces for us. Great customer service and would highly recommend to try it.

The dishes aren't very big, but believe me when I say they'll fill your stomach nicely. The food is delicious and really takes your mind to India. Not too spicy, not too mild and not too many different spices, the chefs here know the balance of their dishes very well, and it shows in both appearance and taste.
Thank you for making my first proper experience with Indian food an excellent one!
