★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastiaan heeft vanuit Individu Design bij ons een mooie tegelwand in de keuken geplaatst. Het contact was heel prettig en snel, fijn om de klus van te voren goed door te spreken. Bastiaan heeft zelf leuke ideeën en brengt die ook over. Zeer tevreden over het contact, flexibiliteit en de persoon. Ook top dat alles netjes was opgeruimd. Zeer aan te bevelen!
Bastiaan has placed a beautiful tile wall in our kitchen from Individu Design. The contact was very pleasant and fast, nice to discuss the job well in advance. Bastiaan himself has great ideas and conveys them. Very satisfied with the contact, flexibility and the person. Also great that everything was neatly cleaned up. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastiaan (van de Design-afdeling zegmaar) heeft mijn keukenvloer volledig gepimpt en het eindresultaat spreekt voor zich (wow!).
Bastiaan was van te voren volledig transparant in zijn prijsopgave (en daarbij ook eerlijk geprijst t.o.v. concurrentie). Hij heeft ook heeft geheel (volgens verzoek) slijp-/snijwerk buiten verricht, en dus geen rotzooi achtergelaten, en is überhaupt nooit afgeweken van het plan zonder voorafgaande communicatie en goedkeuring vanuit mijn kant.
Hij is overigens prettig om over de vloer te hebben, is vriendelijk en punctueel, stoort niets of niemand tenzij noodzakelijk en doet zo lekker zijn eigen ding om tot het gewenste resultaat te komen :-)
Bastiaan (from the Design department) has completely pimped my kitchen floor and the end result speaks for itself (wow!).
Bastiaan was completely transparent in advance in his quotation (and also fairly priced compared to the competition). He also did all (as requested) grinding/cutting outside, leaving no mess, and never deviated from the plan at all without prior communication and approval from my side.
He is also pleasant to have around, is friendly and punctual, does not disturb anything or anyone unless necessary and does his own thing to achieve the desired result :-)
