De accountancyportal stelt mij in staat op de juiste wijze samen te werken, te sturen waar nodig en te voorzien van het juiste advies. Bekend met meerdere boekhoudsoftware, zeer kieskeurig, heb ik al enige tijd gekozen voor Informer. Waarom: volwaardige pakket, betaalbaar, duidelijke en prettige layout, innovatief, slimme tools, veilig en een Nederlands product. De Helpdesk, indien nodig (en dat is eigenlijk minimaal), altijd accuraat en voor mij goede sparringpartners. Er is op dit moment voor mij geen enkele andere partner (en software) in de markt die doet wat het zou moeten doen. En Informer DOET DAT WEL! As a sparring partner for freelancers, I help them to keep a financial overview, among other things. The accountancy portal enables me to work together in the right way, to steer where necessary and to provide the right advice. Familiar with multiple accounting software, very picky, I've chosen Informer for some time now. Why: full package, affordable, clear and pleasant layout, innovative, smart tools, safe and a Dutch product. The Helpdesk, if necessary (which is actually minimal), always accurate and good sparring partners for me. There is currently no other partner (and software) in the market for me that does what it's supposed to do. And Informer DOES!

Hierdoor zijn mijn werkzaamheden zeer vergemakkelijkt, tijdsbesparend en leuker geworden. Het team van de helpdesk is deskundig en vriendelijk, met name met Ryan heb ik erg goede ervaring maar ook de andere medewerkers zijn zeer behulpzaam en deskundig. Informer online is naar mijn mening een aanrader waarbij ook nog eens de tarieven concurrerend zijn vergeleken met andere boekhoudsoftware die met veel reclame(kosten) de aandacht moeten trekken I have been a loyal user of Informer software for many years. Switched to Informer online three years ago. This has made my work much easier, time-saving and more fun. The helpdesk team is knowledgeable and friendly, I have a very good experience with Ryan in particular, but the other employees are also very helpful and knowledgeable. Informer online is, in my opinion, a must, and the rates are also competitive compared to other accounting software that have to attract attention with a lot of advertising (costs).
R	Racella Ranasemita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn sinds oktober klant bij InformerOnline. Na lang zoeken en het uitproberen van een hoop boekhoudprogramma's kwamen wij hierop uit. Het programma past perfect bij ons bedrijf. Het is een duidelijk, mooi en overzichtelijk opgemaakt programma. Zo goed als alles wat wij zochten in een boekhoudprogramma hebben wij hierin terug kunnen vinden. Mocht je iets niet weten kan je dat gemakkelijk en snel opzoeken in de handig opgezette 'Help items'. Mocht dat nog niet helpen dan is de helpdesk altijd goed te bereiken via de chat. Al met al zijn wij erg tevreden. We have been customer at InformerOnline since October. After long searching and trying out a lot of accounting programs we came to this. The program fits perfectly with our company. It is a clear, beautiful and well-arranged program. We have been able to find this as good as everything we were looking for in an accounting program. If you don't know something, you can easily and quickly look up in the conveniently installed 'help items'. If that doesn't help that, the help desk is always easy to reach through the chat. All in all we are very satisfied.
L	Limor Smits on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als boekhouder gebruik ik het accountportaal van Informer. Ik heb makkelijk al mijn klanten aan mijn portaal gekoppeld waardoor ik inzage in hun administratie heb. Daarnaast heeft ieder klant eigen toegangscode en kan ieder klant zijn eigen administratie invoeren. Op deze manier heeft de klant goede overzicht over openstaande posten, weet hij wanneer een herinnering gestuurd moet worden en vergeet hij zelf niet zijn rekeningen te betalen. Informer is zeer eenvoudig in gebruik maar doet er niet onder andere bekende boekhoudprogramma's. De helpdesk biedt snelle antwoorden en weet altijd een oplossing te vinden. Er wordt duidelijk uitleg gegeven met waar iets te vinden is, soms met afbeeldingen voor extra duidelijkheid. Ik heb gewerkt met diverse boekhoudprogramma's maar sinds ik Informer ken, wil ik niks anders. Absoluut een aanrader!! As a bookkeeper I use the Informer account portal. I have easily linked all my customers to my portal, so that I have access to their administration. In addition, each customer has its own access code and each customer can enter their own administration. In this way, the customer has a good overview of outstanding items, he knows when a reminder has to be sent and he does not forget to pay his bills himself. Informer is very easy to use but doesn't compare with other well-known accounting programs. The helpdesk offers quick answers and always knows how to find a solution. Clear explanations are given with where to find something, sometimes with pictures for extra clarity. I've worked with various accounting programs, but since I've known Informer, I don't want anything else. Definitely recommended!!
