Horrible branch. Avoid at all costs. Rude employees that don’t like foreigners trying to set up a new bank account. I had to bike 45 mins to get to this branch and because of that was 15 mins late to my appointment. After coming all that way and explaining I was brand new to the city (less than a week here) and subsequently got lost on the 8km bike ride over they refused to see me. Now there’s no more available appointments for the next 2 weeks. GREAT JOB, not. Rude rude rude ??????

All ways helpful staff but an average wait time of 45 mins plus is ridiculous... sometimes over an hour.

I have a bad experience with the lady officer. I came to this bank to make a new bank account. The way she treated me and speak to me who wants to be a customer is totally not customer-friendly. Really disappointing.

The work team here does not bear any responsibility, I came from another city to open an account and asked for my help in that since the communication is in Dutch and no one helped me. The girl who works there raised her voice to me too .. I'm sad about that(

The staff was awful. The person in charge of me ordered me out to take out my facemask which does not make sense. I asked the staff how to close my bank account, the staff was mad because I did not did it online. When I actually called ING and was told it was easier if I would go do that in person since the process to close the account was through the app in Dutch. The staff took my phone and did close the account for me after a few struggles he had as it was not that easy. Just to be sure I asked him if my previous request about ending my insurance was confirmed, he just replied to me " I do not know" and he did not wanted to check. He did not care at all, he was nonchalant. I really felt like was unwelcome because I was a foreigner.
