★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zelfs de 24 uurs geldautomaat is buiten gebruik in obl. Dan maar de auto in naar Heinenoord.. Leuk voor ouderen en mensen zonder vervoer.
Iets meer dan jammer. Laat ajb de crypto zn plek krijgen tegenover de banken die doen en vooral laten wat ze willen
 Even the 24-hour ATM is out of order in obl. Then take the car to Heinenoord.. Nice for the elderly and people without transport.
A little more than a pity. Please let the crypto get its place against the banks that do and especially leave what they want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraak gemaakt voor mijn moeder. Mijn moeder (70+) kon alleen op een hoge barkruk zitten, want "het kantoor met normale stoelen en zithoek werd niet gebruikt voor klanten ivm corona". Afspraak was om 15:00, we waren er om 15:00. Na 5 minuten op de kruk gepraat te hebben zei de medewerker met wie we een afspraak hadden dat een collega het gesprek overnam. Vervolgens ging de medewerker met de andere net binnen gekomen klant wel in het kantoor op normale stoelen een gesprek voeren.
Als iemand gemachtigd wordt om bankzaken te doen op een ING rekening dan moet diegene ook een rekening bij ING openen (met bijhorende kosten) om ook te kunnen internetbankieren. Bij andere banken is dit niet zo. Toen we zeiden dat we dan misschien wel overstappen, werd heel apathisch gereageerd: dat is dan maar zo. Daarvoor tientallen jaren klant.
Made an appointment for my mother. My mother (70+) could only sit on a high bar stool, because "the office with normal chairs and seating area was not used for customers due to corona". Appointment was at 15:00, we were there at 15:00. After talking on the stool for 5 minutes, the employee with whom we had an appointment said that a colleague was taking over the conversation. The employee then went to have a conversation with the other customer who had just arrived in the office in normal chairs.
If someone is authorized to do banking on an ING account, they must also open an account with ING (with associated costs) in order to also be able to use internet banking. This is not the case with other banks. When we said that we might then switch, the response was very apathetic: so be it. Customer for decades.
