β β β β β Understaffed and without any interest in making banking a good experience for the customer. No instructions on sight whatsoever. I have come to open an account with ING, but am clueless as multiple others sitting here not sure whose turn is it with the teller.
At least the facility could have a token number system I stalled to that customer can know how much time this interaction would take. Disappointed.

β β β β β We had an appointment this morning to open several bank accounts for businesses. The appointment started on time, the 2 advisers were welcoming, effective and helpful. They spent time to explain some of the administrative details always with a smile. I will definitely recommend this branch of ING Direct in The Hague.

β β β β β The worst bank experience in many years. Had an appointment at 9:30 on Saturday. Came to the closed door at 9:29, there is no opening hours by the door. Ring the bell - nobody answers. At 9:31 a guy opens the door, and confronts me saying that I should not be ringing the bell as the bank opens on time. Extremely unpolite, and rude, and of course it is 9:31. Avoid this branch with its unprofessional rude staff by all means.
