If you need to make an account, find any other location, I have been trying to fix the errors made by the tellers at this location for three weeks, and I can't tell you how much pain and frustration this has caused me. They have made me regret choosing ING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most terrible customer experience ever. Specially Bussum office. No matter why you come, they will send you home without help and no clarity. My husband is 67 y. o. He called the customer service to close the account, they aren't him to the office, where they said as the current account is connected to depot account on which are few cents on they can not close it. They can not give it yo charity and close it. There is no way they can close it. Nightmare of service. Stay away from #ing #ingbussum #bank
