So i don't have an account after one month yet, although one of staffs tried to help me as much as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their attitude toward their customer seems a lot dependent on customer's nationality or language the customer uses. They have never provided me with any proper service always just saying "go to HQ in Amsterdam" like a parrot whenever I ask for something. Terrible irresponsibility and extremely rude behavior for a foreigner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank itself looks more like a chill out than a bank; very cool. Free, proper coffee in coffee corner. Waiting time can be quite long do don't come here if you are in a hurry. Only paid parking available (parking garage "Phoenix garage"). Weel chair accessible. Deposits in bank notes or coins can be done through a machine (there a 2 machines but only the second one accepts coins).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to transfer 10k euro to my home account. Their response and progress took 'a year'. Poor service. They have absolutely no idea about international service. Change your bank if you are staying in Delft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've removed the ATM and cash deposit machines from the bank...Then the pamphlet and webpage they provided to find machines around Delft to use for withdrawals/deposits were inaccurate. I don't understand how a bank like ING can't arrange something so essential properly. Had to go on a treasure hunt around Delft going from location to location where these ATM's were either missing or with the map location and address mismatching. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
