★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is one of the most comfortable ING offices I've ever been to. I was a bit confused at first, since the office looked different from normal ING offices. It's possible to lounge, eat cookies, get some coffee/water, play on Ipads or read magazines while waiting.
The staffmembers were nice, neat and very welcoming. Waiting might take a long time, so it might be better to go e.g. early in the morning. The staffmember who helped me was fast and on point. Thanks, ING Amstelveen Stadshart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely helpful and nice staff, very nice interior, resembles a nice restaurant more than a bank. One of the employees went around to tell those who were waiting, how much the expected wait time is and apologised for the 15 minute wait time. I think that's a great gesture! And they were just as helful in helping get what I was there for done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service of the staff was not as warm and welcoming as the interior..why bother making the place pretty (?) The girl acted very annoyed & unfriendly with our transaction. Receptionist was the exception, he was helpful & courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 months ago I switched from ABN Amro to ING because the agent at the ING branch informed me that they can provide me with Visa spread payments no problem. Signed up with ING and noticed it was not the case. I was informed that they need to see 3 payments from my employer, so I waited 3 months then was told I need to apply for it. Applied and got rejected. If the agent told me this to begin with I wouldn't have moved to ING. Reinforces how shady Banks are!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed waiting here in queue. They have a nice coffee machine and biscuits for people waiting. The area is cozy and relaxing. The staff are very helpful and they manage the traffic well.

To the worker’s surprise, student bank accounts were impossible to make unless the owner didn’t have any other bank account, not only at ING, but to any other bank in the world. This was indeed interesting and I can’t wait to show my ING bank account to this employee.
