★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minder dan 1 ster is helaas niet mogelijk. Afspraak gemaakt voor openen zakelijke rekening. Op moment van afspraak bleek het kantoor gesloten a.g.v. een medewerker met corona. Goed, kan gebeuren in deze tijd. Echter kregen we pas een bericht ná tijdstip van de afspraak. Er zou de volgende dag opnieuw contact opgenomen worden. Dat werd na ~4 werkdagen. Op moment van bellen stonden we net voor aanvang van een crematie. De betreffende ING medewerker zou de volgende dag weer terugbellen. We zijn nu 3 weken verder en wachten nog steeds...
 Less than 1 star is unfortunately not possible. Made an appointment to open a business account. At the time of the appointment, the office turned out to be closed due to an employee with corona. Well, can happen in this day and age. However, we only received a message after the time of the appointment. They would be contacted again the next day. That was after ~4 working days. At the time of calling we were just before the start of a cremation. The ING employee in question would call back the next day. We are now 3 weeks further and still waiting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben al 3 jaar klant bij deze bank en heb alleen maar uitstekende ervaringen. Klantenservice de beste die ik ooit heb gehad in de banksector. locatie is uitstekend en het interieur is prachtig. zeer aan te bevelen (en begrijp de lage beoordelingen helemaal niet!)
I have been a customer of this bank for 3 years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. Customer service the best I've ever had in the banking industry. location is excellent and the interior is beautiful. highly recommend (and don't understand the low ratings at all!)
