★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is kind but I'm very unhappy with being a customer of the ING bank. I had so many problems from the start. Setting up a joint account is supposedly easy for them, but they seemed not be capable of doing so. It took months. My online-banking documents, I only received additional several months later. A name change was also a very hard thing for them as my name has been only changed 9 months later after I told them to change it. Lots of unnecessary hoops to jump through. I'm quite disappointed and frustrated with my experience. If I encounter similar things, I will change my bank.
