ALLE GOEDS, Fer Beckers Thank you very much ING service center in Assen, after 2 weeks of problems with debit card, solved. So again a very satisfied customer (for more than 20 years) of ING. F	Ferdie Regtop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een goede bank verder alleen als je met een pinpas van een andere bank wil pinnen is het niet mogelijk om saldo informatie te krijgen wat ik een nadeel vind en vandaar twee sterren. A good bank furthermore, only if you want to use a debit card from another bank, it is not possible to get balance information, which I think is a disadvantage and hence two stars.
I	Ina Bos-Scheffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ echt een vreselijke bank, na het overlijden van mijn moeder moest ik haar bankzaken regelen, ooit heeft mijn moeder mij gemachtigd en dit stond nog op een adres waar ik al 10 jaar niet meer woon, en dat is waarschijnlijk heel moeilijk om dit te veranderen, div telefoontjes, wordt van alles beloofd, maar niks gedaan, toen naar het kantoor gegaan, adres nu veranderd, maar een heleboel post waaronder afschriften zijn spoorloos verdwenen, konden ze niet regelen op kantoor, moest weer bellen? dit toch maar gedaan, maar dat kon die man ook niet regelen, moest weer doorverbonden worden toen maar afgehaakt, echt zo kansloos, al is het de laatste bank op aarde voor mijn nooit geen ING?en wat schetst mijn verbazing krijg nu afschriften, maarrrrr twee dezelfde die ik al had, mis nog steeds een paar, data’s doorgegeven op kantoor, telefonisch en via mail maar schijnt moeilijk te zijn wel zojuist een mooie bos bloemen gehad ter compensatie, is natuurlijk een mooi gebaar, maar nogmaals het is nog steeds niet opgelost really a terrible bank, after the death of my mother I had to take care of her banking affairs, my mother once authorized me and this was still at an address where I no longer live for 10 years, and that is probably very difficult to change, various phone calls, everything is promised, but nothing is done, then went to the office, address has now changed, but a lot of mail including statements have disappeared without a trace, they could not arrange at the office, had to call again? did this anyway, but that couldn't arrange that man either, had to be put through again, then dropped out, really so hopeless, even if it's the last bank on earth for me, never no ING? and what outlines my surprise, I now get statements, but two the same I already had, still missing a few, data passed at the office, by phone and by mail but seems to be difficult just had a beautiful bunch of flowers to compensate, is of course a nice gesture, but again it's still not solved

Free of charge below a certain limit. For me, the machine always worked the five or six times I have done this. There can be a bit of a line to talk to the bank staff.
