Wat bleek had deze al een paar dagen storing en er stond geen briefje erbij dat er storing was..! Dit apparaat heeft vaker storing, als je geld wilt storten bel eerst even of ie het wel doet.!! Want je staat er weer voor Jan lul ( 2x gebeurd) Deposit money, come in with my pot of small money .. bank card in it and I did not understand why it did not say: deposit money.?! P	Pauli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medewerkers van deze bank hebben geen respect voor klanten. Geen kennis of competentie. Ze zijn duidelijk niet geschikt voor klantenservice. Ik ben nog nooit zo'n vreselijke behandeling tegengekomen. Dit moet worden gemeld. Employees of this bank have no respect for customers. No knowledge or competence. They are clearly not suitable for customer service. I have never encountered such a terrible treatment. This must be reported.
i	ik mis Tessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zojuist naar dit kantoor geweest, een Turkse meid die achter een balie werkte zeer onbeschoft was mij aan het helpen en in het midden daarin ging ze iemand anders helpen, en toen dreigen met politie omdat ik natuurlijk niet weg ging, omdat ik nog lang niet klaar was. Toen haalde ze een wat oudere meneer met zwart geverfd haar, die kon haar tot bedaren brengen en heeft mij goed geholpen. Als u dit kantoor kunt mijden, dan raad ik u dat aan. Just been to this office, a Turkish girl who worked behind a counter was very rude helping me and in the middle of it she was going to help someone else, and then threatening with the police because of course I didn't leave because I wasn't ready yet used to be. R	Roman Zarzycki (Neon) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onaangename service !!!! Ik was met een vriend om een zakelijk account aan te maken. De jongedame met bril behandelde ons racistisch. Ze vertelde haar vriendin om in het Nederlands of Engels te spreken. Toen ik wilde helpen vertalen van het Nederlands naar het Pools, hoorde ik dat ik mijn mond moest houden omdat ze misleid was met mijn vriendin en niet met mij. Daarna vertelde ze haar vriendin dat ze met een vertaler naar de bank zou komen jury. We waren erg enthousiast over tijd en deze vrouw begon tegen ons te schreeuwen dat ze geen collega-account wilde aanmaken. Door de negatieve houding van deze dame verloor de ING-bank een nieuwe rekening. Ik heb een vriend geholpen met het opzetten van een bedrijfsaccount bij een concurrent. Very unpleasant service !!!! Then she told her friend that she would come to the bank with a translator jury. We were very excited about time and this woman started yelling at us that she didn't want to create a colleague account. Due to the negative attitude of this lady, the ING bank lost a new account. I helped a friend set up a business account with a competitor.

Usłyszawszy język polski,szanowna Pani,która wyszła z za okienka uznała z całą stanowczością,że Polacy ze słabą znajomością języka się są tam mile widziani. Nawet nie próbowała nawiązać konwersacji.Sprawa do załatwienia bardzo prosta,tylko brak chęci. Stanowczo odradzam! Total discrimination against Poles. Lack of interest in his problem (ING Bank client).
