Ik heb een rekening bij de ING bank aangevraagd op 5 maart 2020 vandaag is 28 maart 2020 en ik heb nogsteeds geen rekening. Mijn werkgever kan mij niet betalen want ik heb geen rekeningnummer kunnen doorgeven en ik heb dus ook geen pinpas en in deze corona tijden moet je overal met je pinpas betalen. Hun vereiste voor het openen van een rekening zijn: een contract MVV dus je verblijfpasje En je BRP van de Gemeente En dit alles heb ik in mijn bezit en ik kan nogsteeds geen rekening openen bij hun.. simpelweg de slechte bank in Nederland of in de wereld. I started working here in the Netherlands at Erasmus MC on 1 March 2020. I am from Suriname. I applied for an account with the ING bank on March 5, 2020 today is March 28, 2020 and I still do not have an account. My employer cannot pay me because I have not been able to provide an account number and therefore I do not have a debit card and in these corona times you have to pay everywhere with your debit card. Their requirement for opening an account is: a contract MVV so your residence pass And your BRP of the Township And I have all this in my possession and I still can not open an account with them .. simply the bad bank in the Netherlands or in the world.
J	Judith Moria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zonder excuses gewoon 10 minuten later open gaan, echt schandalig. Minste wat je als personeel even kan zeggen is excuses. Lijkt wel alsof ze niet op je zitten te wachten als klant No apology just opening 10 minutes later, really outrageous. The least you can say as a staff is apologies. Seems like they aren't waiting for you as a customer

Mijn pinpas was geblokkeerd voor ik hem had vervangen ( na aanwijzing van de ING) en vervolgens was het niet mogelijk contant geld op te nemen. Het personeel probeerde mij links en rechts te helpen en dat waardeer ik zeker, maar ik ben niet altijd tevreden over de gang van zaken bij de ING. Er is meerdere malen een storing geweest bij het stortingsapparaat. Er is toen ook geld verloren gegaan. Het personeel van de klantenservice is niet erg behulpzaam en heeft zelfs de telefoon opgehangen. Nice location, just had a bad experience. My debit card was blocked before I replaced it (after instructions from ING) and then it was not possible to withdraw cash. The staff tried to help me left and right and I certainly appreciate that, but I am not always satisfied with the way things are going at ING. There has been a malfunction with the deposit machine several times. Money was also lost. The customer service staff is not very helpful and even hung up the phone.

The lady was so rude she keeps checking her watch and keep rushing me rushing out. Unbelievable in the United States. The customer service in the Netherlands is below zero.
