β β β β β Ik kwam deze bank vandaag binnen en groette één van de vrouwelijke werknemers beleefd met "goedemiddag, mag ik u wat vragen?" Vervolgens zei ze ja een stelde ik mijn vraag. De vrouw keek mij al heel raar en bekritiserend aan en zei op een zeer disrespektvolle wijze: "doe je mondkap naar beneden, ik versta je niet". Vervolgens herhaalde ik mijn vraag en deze keer op een toon omdat haar manier van "vragen om mijn vraag te herhalen en niet eens beleefd vragen of ik mijn mondkap naar beneden kon doen" mij al helemaal niet aanstond Ze verstond mij ineens wel toen ik mijn mondkap naar beneden deed en haar eerstvolgende vraag luidde "Heb je wel meer dan 500 Euro?" Is dit de manier waarop werknemers omgaan met hun klanten? Zo ja, mag in het bijzonder deze speciale dame die vandaag in staat was met haar klanten op zo een manier om te gaan, heel graag door mijn feedback heen lezen en zelf bekritiseren wat zij over haar klantvriendelijkheid vindt.
I came in this bank today and greeted one of the female employees experienced by "good afternoon, can I ask you something?" Then she said yes, I asked my question. The woman looked very strange and criticizing me and said in a very disreprochful way: "Do your mouth cover down, I don't understand you". Then I repeated my question and this time on a tone because her way of "asking to repeat my question and not even asked if I could do my mouth cover down" I didn't like it at all she suddenly understood me when I Did down and her next question read "Do you have more than 500 euros?" Is this the way employees deal with their customers? If so, this special lady who was able to go with her customers in such a way today is allowed to read through my feedback and criticize myself what she finds about her customer friendliness.

Especially I met a Female employee (not sure of name, but she is short in height)
The arrogance she shown was unacceptable.
I just asked if I can get an account in 3-4 working days.
She replied very rudely that it takes 5days and when I humbly asked any premium account for immediate openings, she lashed at Me saying
"Dont you understand what I said, it takes 5days and thats it and I understand English"
When I asked couple of my friends got accounts in 4days with ABN Amro and Rebo Bank as well, and any process where I can get too from ING as well and believe me are not ,very strangely which no other Bank employee does, and stunningly she replied "'THEN GOTO THOSE BANKS and OPEN YOUR ACCOUNT"
I was shocked with that answer and decided to leave with a smile as this Bank is not for customer service, but to just make some of its employees behave unprofessional.
Hope if the Bank has some sort of professionalism shown to Customers when they walk in for a Need, instead of showing arrogance.
