★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24-2-2022 Een mannelijke bank medewerker is zeer onvriendelijk richting klanten en loopt zomaar tijdens een gesprek weg met de reden dat hij brood moet eten. Schandalige vertoning hoe hij mensen aanspreekt en te woord staat. Ik had plaatsvervangende schaamte ..deze man hoort niet met klanten om te gaan, totaal niet geschikt voor de functie van balie medewerker / adviseur.
24-2-2022 A male bank employee is very unfriendly towards customers and just walks away during a conversation with the reason that he has to eat bread. Scandalous display of how he addresses and speaks to people. I had deputy shame..this man is not supposed to deal with customers, totally unsuitable for the position of counter employee / consultant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to give a business 0 stars, I would. There’s no option to receive cash money when you don’t have access to your card. It has to fall under a long list of circumstances, which is weird, it’s our money, we should get it when we need it.

*Edit: I tried on another day, there were different people working today, and it was much better, very kind people. System also worked today, so I got everything done that I needed to get done.
