★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöflicher Mitarbeiter des Stores, hatte trotz Termin absolut keine Lust konstruktiv an einer Kontoeröffnung mitzuarbeiten. Vollkommen ungepflegter Auftritt des Herren.
Meiner Meinung nach war sein Verhalten bewusst provokant, wir betraten 3 Minuten vor dem Termin das Geschäft und obwohl nichts zu tun war, mussten wir dennoch 10 Minuten warten, damit noch ein paar Bücher ausgerichtet werden!!! Unglaublich… Brauchen Banken wie ing.nl keine Kunden mehr?
Very rude employee of the store, despite the appointment, had absolutely no desire to work constructively on an account opening. Completely unkempt appearance of the gentleman.
In my opinion, his behavior was deliberately provocative, we entered the store 3 minutes before the appointment and although there was nothing to do, we still had to wait 10 minutes for a few more books to be arranged !!! Incredible ... Do banks like ing.nl no longer need customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in this bruna Store regarding the ing Bank, was very friendly and take care of all my needs . Of course they cannot perform all the actions and activitys, because it's only an outlet of the bank itself. But you can go there and do the most common things you will do with normal Banking.
You don't even need to speak Dutch the stuff speaks perfect English, so you can communicate with them clearly and easy.
They help me with all my problems. For the rest I went to the big office in Venlo Center. Also the staff from Bruna was very friendly. I really can recommend this office. Thank you very much.
