Ben een pakket kwijt wat door mij naar USA is gestuurd. Is terug gekomen door onbekende redenen, alleen door UPS afgeleverd bij Ingram i.p.v. terug bij ons. Kan gebeuren.
Ik bel netjes op om te kijken of ze wellicht iets kunnen betekenen... NEE krijg je. Zo werkt dat niet he meneer.
Ik zeg, nou bij ons wel.
Nou succes dan BAM... hoorn erop.
Bel terug om verhaal te halen (tenminste blijf netjes heb ik altijd geleerd). Krijg iemand anders aan de lijn. Ik leg het uit... BAM hoorn erop.
Ongelofelijk brutaal en onbeschoft.

I have lost a package that was sent to USA by me. Returned for unknown reasons, only delivered by UPS to Ingram instead of back to us. Can happen.
I call nicely to see if they might be able to help ... NO you get. That's not how it works, sir.
