Wij zijn sinds Januari 2013 gevestigd op de Castellumstraat 13 tegenover het gemeentehuis van Alphen a/d Rijn. Naast pasfoto zijn wij verder gespecialiseerd in het verkopen van originele en huismerk inkt cartridges, en het digitaliseren van oude film opnames.
Ons assortiment bestaat uit printpapier, fotopapier, cartridge, toner, usb stick, nieuwe gadget, en copyshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben een aantal keer naar binnen gelopen om iets uit te printen en later nadat het is ondertekend weer in te laten scannen, maar iets gaat er toch niet goed. Het benodigde document staat niet op mijn usb. Niet direct een probleem, maar de telefoon ligt meer dan een uur van de haak en op de email wordt verschrikkelijk kort af gereageerd. Ik zit in de koude kleren nu en zal rond vijf uur nog een andere oplossing moeten zoeken voor iets waar ik al tijd en geld in heb gestoken. Ik woon zelf niet in Alphen dus voor sluitingstijd kan ik nooit daar zijn. Een enorm probleem want dat document moet morgenochtend bij een ambassade liggen.
I've walked in a few times to print something out and have it scanned again after it's signed, but something isn't right. The required document is not on my USB. Not immediately a problem, but the phone has been off the hook for more than an hour and the response to the email is terribly short. I'm in the cold now and will have to find another solution around five o'clock for something I've already invested time and money in. I don't live in Alphen myself, so I can never be there before closing time. A huge problem because that document has to be at an embassy tomorrow morning.
