Communication for the sales and preparation part was very good, Peter always reacted very fast to me.
From accepting the offer to having the panels installed it took less than 2 weeks, which is great lead time in a moment when a lot of people are installing panels.
The guys installing the panels are not Innodura, but work for them. They were very nice, respectful, thinking along with me for the best configuration, asking questions and giving some status updates. 100% happy with them.
When they finished the work it was already night and the panels couldn't be tested. Next day I was the panels weren't working and reported the issue. They came to solve it directly the day after.
Great service overal, recommend to anyone thinking of installing a new solar panel system.
