β β β β β We had a lovely lunch in the restaurant. Great location, ample parking on the nearby parking ground, but that could be different during high season.

+ great bathroom + great bed + watercooker - no cosmetic tissues - paid for seaview but there are points on the window why you can not see the sea
Breakfast: - very basic for this price. Salmon, 1-2 kind of cheese , Serrano, cold eggs, scrummbled egg is cold, fruit salad has gone bad, cold pancakes
Service is not tidy up very good. Sugar around the coffee bar, coffee water around the coffee bar, used stuff around the plates, full small tables
Parking: on scheveningen website was written that parking is free vom 1. November - the reception guy told us that they not deleted this from the website and we have to pay 25β¬ per day
Wellness: nice but very small, no bathrobe and slippers available, no drinking water around the spa / wellness area, 1 small sauna for max 4 people, steam bath was broken and no cleaning option
+ surprise present was nice (wine & cheese plate) even if the service women was very unfriendly
- the workers on the reception were partly listless
Style and Location of the Hotel is Great but for this price (165-185β¬) itβs not a good Package. I would not book it again for this price.

β β β β β New hotel directly at the end of a boulevard. The hotel gives a lovely view on the sea and the beach. The room are nicely decorated and met all our needs. The breakfast is good but could be improved. The swimming pool on the last floor is definitely a highlight of the hotel. Free Parking can be found in front of the hotel or behind the hotel.

β β β β β The rooms are clean, our view of the sea was nice. Very good location, you are right on the sea.
Staff partly annoyed or unfriendly (and we were relatively undemanding). Parking and elevator situations are extremely annoying. You come to a hotel for relaxing and not for this pure stress. The staff can't do anything for that, but the planning of the hotel wasn't thought through in this regard.

β β β β β Such a nice place for people who know what they want, nice view and location. Awesome breakfast and kind attention. It is pretty cool to appreciate the design of the hotel outside and inside. Favorite part, swimming pool??

β β β β β The view of the hotel is very nice, and itβs a good location on the beach. The room was a spa room with a nice bathtub in the room. I believe my positive reviews stop there.
Who ever engineered and designed this hotel is not in the industry. 2 elevators for 13 floors is a joke. The room tries to be luxurious but it is cheaply done. No smart tv, no coffee machine, and if you will provide instant coffee for a room that costs over 200 euros a night you could at least expect real coffee cups/mugs and not a paper cup.
The decoration is mediocre, and it keeps this hotel from unfortunately really being luxurious. The jacuzzi instructions are not even in proper English. βYou will hear a *lite* soundβ?β¦
All in all the amenities are built for a small hotel, but with 13 floors this is not equipped for so many guests- this unfortunately overshadows the experience of what is meant to be a relaxing retreat.
Staff in our case did try to be as friendly as possible but they are severely under pressure with so many guests in such small spaces. It seems the theme for this hotel is to line up. Line up for a coffee, line up for the elevator, line up to ask a question, line up to even make it out of here and pay. I hope more time and experience can develop a better overall experience for future guests. It will unfortunately not be me though.

β β β β β Bad design , dirty windows, not enough public space, yet the price is more than deserved.. Overall bad quality for the 4 star hotel. We rent a room for βthe sea viewβ , the sea was barely seen.. the gym is not good at all, they only put some equipments to 2 rooms. I donβt think we will every stay there, we were disappointed and dissatisfied.

β β β β β Search for this area with a newer builded and ocean view hotel , thatβs the reason I choose here ! Unfortunately the staff is very unfriendly and full attitude ! Because I will stay here for 3 nights, while checked in Iβve asked the possibilities of last day late check out for about 2 hours , the front desk answered itβs possible if not highly occupied on Monday , but the last day while I called , the front desk simply answer with attitude telling me need to pay 50β¬ for 1500 check out !! Iβve try to explain only for 2 hours , and she answered: 10 β¬ per hour ! No other possibilities!
Despite the bad attitude staff , Monday early morning with loud construction out side the hotel !!( includes picture ) Hotel Canβt even inform the guest before it ?? How can guest really sleep ?? Very disappointed !!
