I have been working with people in the international environment for over 25 years, creating resources and building conditions so that we as human beings can all live a more dignified and prosperous life. My extensive expatriate experience has shaped me as an open-minded, inclusive and trustworthy professional with a true capacity for empathy, compassion and service. My coaching is a continuation of this path and my way to make an impact. I am dedicated to providing help to people to create a future that feels right and fulfilling for them. 

​My coaching will help open-minded, curious people who face difficult choices but who believe in change and want to focus beyond post-pandemic uncertainty and use it as an opportunity to shift towards a meaningful career and sustainable life.  

Through coaching, the quality of your world in its entirety is enhanced given the nature of change process and the interrelatedness of different aspects of life. Coaching can also help you by creating insights beyond the career context that lead to opportunities and new path to a kind of future that is more attuned to your values, beliefs and your desired impact, as well as your individual capacity for creativity and growth.

Through the coaching process, I will assist you to build sustainable skills and practices that will help to maintain a growth mindset and continue strengthening capacities and creating opportunities, independent of a coaching relationship. Rather than offering you a one-off intervention, coaching is a process that creates instruments and practices that you can continue applying to new situations and areas throughout your life.
