Wat een vreselijke bezorgdienst. Om 22.30 uur zeggen dat er nog 5 adressen voor je zijn en ze onderweg zijn en dan toch niet langs komen. Dag later zou bezorgd worden en wederom niet bezorgd want ineens pakketje verkeerd gesorteerd. Ik neem niets meer aan van instabox.
What a terrible delivery service. At 10.30 pm say that there are still 5 addresses for you and they are on their way and then they don't come by. The next day it would be delivered and again not delivered because suddenly the package was sorted incorrectly. I don't take anything from instabox anymore.

OPLICHTERS!!!!!!! Kl*te bedrijf met kl*te service. MENSEN GA NIET IN ZEE MET INSTABOX! Twee keer is de bezorger niet langs gekomen. Om de bezorger makkelijker te maken heb ik 45min beneden gewacht, mijn telefoonnummer doorgegeven en mijn exacte locatie benoemd. Geen bezorger die het terrein op reed maar wel aan zijn manager door gaf zogenaamd twee keer gebeld te hebben... NIKS VAN WAAR! Mijn pakket is al twee dagen zoek!!! Omdat ze elke keer een omslachtig verhaal hebben verdenk ik hun van diefstal!
SCAMMERS!!!!!! Small company with small service. PEOPLE DO NOT USE INSTABOX! The delivery person did not come twice. To make it easier for the delivery person, I waited 45 minutes downstairs, gave my phone number and named my exact location. No delivery person who drove onto the site, but did inform his manager that he had called twice... NOT TRUE! My package has been missing for two days!!! Because they have a cumbersome story every time I suspect them of theft!

Niet duidelijk wanneer het pakket bezorgd word. 1e keer bezorgen was ik niet thuis en kreeg alleen 5 min voor bezorgen bericht dat ze zouden komen, 2e keer verkeerd gesorteerd, 3e keer komen ze laat in de avond, ik wil slapen maar kan dus niet, krijg ik vervolgens bericht dat ik niet thuis zou zijn en pakket bij de buren ligt (er is niet eens bij me aangebeld) en ik heb vervolgens ook geen bericht gekregen waar mn pakket bezorgd is. Ik moest de klantenservice mailen om daar achter te komen, maar blijkt daar ook niet te zijn. Weg pakketje! Nog nooit zo slecht meegemaakt
Not clear when the package will be delivered. 1st time delivery I was not at home and only got a message 5 min before delivery that they would come, 2nd time wrongly sorted, 3rd time they come late in the evening, I want to sleep but can't, then I get a message that I am not at home and package is at the neighbors (there was not even a bell at my door) and I have subsequently not received a message where my package has been delivered. I had to email customer service to find out, but it turns out not to be there either. Gone package! Never experienced such a bad experience

My partner paid extra for same-day delivery. We were both home the whole day waiting for it, and then on the tracking service, it said that they found nobody home. Which is obviously not true. !!!Awful customer support!!! After that, I called customer support, the guy was extremely unprofessional( he was very rude and then pretended that he is the manager). I told him that he couldn't possibly be the manager and that he is lying...so he hung up the phone while I was still talking. All we asked for was for the driver to come back with the order since he still had 1 hour left until his shift ended(this happened at around 9-9:30 pm). It goes without saying that our package was not delivered in time. Overall, awful experience!

Worst out of the worst!!!!!!! No updated information, the number can never be reached, waited 3 days no delivery. If I could give no Star, I’ll do so!!!!!!!

it is already the third consecutive day that they announce that they would deliver between 17,30-22, and then, at the very last moment, tell me that they cannot deliver the package. This behavior is not professional.

Waiting for my package for the 3rd day now. First they said they couldn't deliver because it was too late (22:30), the next day they said we weren’t home (we were and our intercom actually makes a picture of attempts to ring our bell). Since then they are not responding to our calls nor emails nor giving any updates regarding my package. Reading other reviews it seems to be a recurring pattern. If you try to compete with other logistics companies your only differentiating factor should not be being more unreliable than your competitors. Good luck with liquidating the company soon!
